No, there's no issue with your age difference. Enjoy your girl ^_^

4 years is not that bad when you're that age. If you were 18 and she were 14, that'd be an issue, but you're both old enough and legal

Actually, it's perfect. While I'm a follower of the 1/2 + 7 Law, which says that the maximum age discrepancy between you and your partner should be [your age]/2 + 7. You say you are 22. 22/2 = 11. 11+7 = 18. BADDA-BING!

I myself am 22, and am currently in the midst of seducing a girl who is 18. As in, just turned 18. (rubs hands) You're in good company, lad.

i make the calculation with myself, the result is the age of my actual girl! :)

by the way, from where does this formula come from?

Okay, then. I'm a female in my early 20s and would like to pursue a male in his mid forties. Is that "bad?"

>>8 It's not bad, just unusual. I even know a guy who married a woman much older than him, and a few decades later they are still happy together and even have a kid.

If you have the energy to put up with doing things differently from the average people, then you'll be fine. If you are very weak of character, and get sick wondering what others think of you, then you'll have a tough time.

But in regards to the relationship itself, there shouldn't be much of a problem.
