Hanging out with ex (7)

Hey /love/ I am in a predicament. A while ago, I dated a friend I met a year ago, but then we broke up because we both have baggage, mistakes were made, feelings were hurt; basic breakup material. Anyways, that was in Febuary. Initially I had planned to not even talk to her until well into May, but a we talked a few times over the last month (nothing serious, just quick hello/how are you's), but she called me up a few days ago and wanted to hang out, so I invited her over and we watched a movie. During, she was getting kinda flirty, tickling back and forth and resting her legs on my lap as she lay down, but nothing too heavy. I didn't really respond and she said I was emotionless and cold. Normally I wouldn't give a fuck about any of that, but I am pretty sure she has a new boyfriend, so I am asking for your help. I have a vague idea of what I should be doing, but I can't exactly trust myself on this because I am obviously biased. I fear that I may be a little obsessed with this girl when I should have moved on already.

Your advice? Thanks in advance

Leave her alone. Get yourself a new girl. She is nothing but trouble.

Well, start by asking her if she has a boyfriend.

If so, that's the end of the line. If not you could consider it, while minding past experiences. You would also need to check that she's not only using you to test her sex appeal.

Yes, I know she has a boyfriend. He got her off the rebound when we broke up. She's easily manipulated, unfortunately. But anyways, I got her to come over and clean my apartment, and it was okay, although for whatever reason she asked me a few times if I was upset about something and I easily passed it off as something completely unrelated. Also, I might mention, that we discussed when we first hooked up that we would be friends still if things went sour, so whatever. It's not as though we hang out more than once a month anyways, so I'll just ignore her most of the time. Thanks guys.

You got her to clean your apartment. Nice. It seems you have everything under control.

Well are you interested in her? That is an important question. I dunno about users here personally, but I typically try to line up a new partner before I break up with my current partner unless I actually want to be single. Just because she has a boyfriend doesn't mean she's not in the market for someone new, and it sounds slightly like you may be that someone new in her eyes. It's up to you to determine and test this.
