Just fucking ask her goddamn. This is what I hate about people, you wonder and wonder, then you ask people that have no relation to the person you're interested how they feel. Bite the fucking bullet and ask if she has feelings for you. If she does, great, try things from there. If she doesn't, big deal, you get turned down and get to move onto someone else.
