Is it possible to love and hate someone at the same time? (11)

Ok l&r, I have a situation which has been bothering me for awhile now. To start off, I'm a male and 15. Back in 8th grade I changed schools from my 7th grade, and as a result I had no friends. I'll be honest, to most people I'm annoying and most my life I was that one annoying kid that everyone hates. Due to some kids thinking it would be funny to make up stories about how I sexually harassed them, I wasnt in regular classes. I was in "emotionally handicapped" classes, which means I spent my whole 8th grade in the same room, being taught things I learned in 3rd grade (I would go more into this, but that is a whole different very long rant).

(continued)

Now it's been like this for about 3 months. And when I see her at the mall or similair places with all her friends (even though she's "grounded") I feel disgusted. I have grown to hate her. I really get filled with hate and disgust when I see her, but I can't help but to go over and say hi. I still wish she would hang out with me, and I still get pissed off whenever I hear she's going out with another guy.

You care enough about them to hate them. There's a very fine line between love and hate.
If you don't like someone then the word would be that you have an indifference with them.

OP, I feel for you man, as I also had the similar experiences where girls I know says these BS to me like how this girl of yours do... It's really pissing guys like you and me off. I mean, why lie? Say what you mean, and mean what you say, that's my philosophy.

i don't know about "love and hate" outside of family relationships, but on an intimate level i would lean towards no. although i am certain 'want-to-screw and Hate' can be possible...
there's this girl i absolutly detest, doesn't mean she isn't hot though. ;)

Ok l&r, I sent her this thread a couple of days ago to let her know how I feel about her. She apologized and admitted about lying to me. And we became "friends" again.

She messages me every once in awhile, and I really get annoyed when she does. It's not what sher says that's annoying, it's the fact that it's her saying it. I dont know why, but she irratates the shit out of me.

Drop her out of your life. She's no good. Seriously, you don't need bullshit friends like that. I went through the EXACT same thing. We had a fight (which I started), became friends again, but then I realized I didn't like her at all. I mean, when she came around I felt disgusted and almost threw up a bit in my mouth. I just cut off all contacts with her and it feels great to get that load off my shoulder.

Seconding. I let a crazy insane manipulative bitch drag me on for a few months and when I finally told her to fuck off I /immediately/ felt better. I still think of her sometimes, but whatever. I moved on. So will you.

>>1, to answer your question: to love and to hate are not possible at the same time: you are either delusional, or have a split personality.

More likely, you're a 15yr old teen. Don't worry bout it, and definitely don't let this board make you believe you should worry about such things. Life lasts remarkably long.
