Over the course of this summer I've been going out with this girl who I was friends with for a few years but didn't know THAT well until recently. Its been a good experience so far and we've done most of the normal couple things and I really do like this girl a lot. My problem is that I'm never quite sure if she likes what I'm doing at all, in a physical sense and in a social sense. She tends to be quite closed lipped with me and no one else, she isn't quiet at all and in fact is very talkative however I don't get a whole lot of feedback from her the way her/our friends do. Getting her to tell me something is like pulling teeth and it seems like I'm talking to a wall.
It's most likely because she is very attracted to you. I was in a similar situation with a girlfriend I had in highschool. I eventually left her because the quietness carried over into the bedroom. Now that I look back however, I believe that these sorts of women are particularly suited for marriage. My advice would be to simply lead the way without concern for her. If she has something to say, she'll eventually say it. Over time she'll become relaxed and more emboldened. Don't give up on her, I'm positive things will get much better in time.
