Well, I wouldn't be surprised if a thread somewhat like this already existed, but here goes.
I'm currently in college and living off campus. I have a few decent groups of friends, and I'm alright socially, but I have no experience with dating or women. Recently, however, I've been getting rather lonely and I want to find a relationship. I'm 20 now, so it's probably long overdue.
Get into a cooking club.
Or, get into a weightlifting club. Because girls will go there to get a "perfect ass"

Absolutely not,... Right place (plenty of women), and for the right reasons (you are likely to meet someone with compatible world views).
go study abroad in some non-english speaking country

I'm not the slightest bit religious, so that doesn't really help. I'm more critical of organized religion than anything else, actually.
Just get out and meet people. College is about meeting new people and trying new experience. Once you get out in the real world you will learn that the level of social interaction on campus is severally different. So take advantage of what you got and just have fun.
