I seen this show in an anime magazine before and I was wondering does anybody know what its about?

I think they're more properly called visual novels in the west. Simulation would involve more randomness. Sort of, compare a story-driven game with Sim City.

Haven't gotten around to it yet, but pretty sure it's a classic in the Visual Novel/eroge genre. Probably worth checking out those original titles if there are good fan translations of it out.
wikipedia is god, you can get the most you want to know about to heart there. i dont know to heart, but i think its a love sim game... though they say it has the best storyline or whatsoever, sadly i cant read japanese...
Well, someone is fan translating To Heart 2 anyway. Not sure about the first game however, haven't heard about anyone doing that but it might exist.
i agree...go to wikipedia.com and look it up. However, I can tell that after watching the "first season" (the second is "remember my memories"), it's all about friendship within high school and a boy's determination to keep all those friendships alive. The anime, however, isn't really straight-forward with it's characters because the male protagonist always tend to help others, leaving the female protagonist as the spectator...until the end of the series. Not a lot of romance in the first season, but it does give moral examples of how high school life should be set out.

It is a manga thread. I notice that the twins showed up in Remember My Memories. You know, the ones which feature fairly heavily in To Heart 2.
There actually is a To Heart manga adaptation. And a To Heart 2 manga, I'm pretty sure.
ADV licensed and published the 1st one, though it seems to have fallen off the edge of the Earth now.
I always liked the To Heart 2 character designs better. Some of the original ones seem so...neon green hair?
