Are there any manga that focus on cooking, and include things like recipes?

Almost certainly, but I doubt any have been translated or licensed abroad. There are all kinds of non-fiction and educational manga out there in Japanese.

I was considering saying Yakitate!! Japan too. Problem is it doesn't have many recipes. In the beginning there were a few, the last volume I read didn't have any.

Addicted to Curry, Cooking Master Boy, Iron Wok Jan; in fact I think there's probably a lot of shonen cooking manga.

I wish to find one, JUST ONE that have the main character started as a noob then walked his/her way to professionalism.

...so I can learn cooking from the manga.
