Yeah Eurobeat is a unique Genre. THe reason why is that it's muscians and prductions is usualy in Europe. BUt nearly all of the attention to the Genre is in Japan. This is why most of the songs are usually are in English. The Japanease version of Intial D does bring intense songs of the Genre. Night of FIre, Space Boy, Speedy Speed Boy, and of course No one sleep in Tokyo have become commons songs to those of the American Eurobeat areas. I managed to grab several songs from the SEB (Super EuroBeat) songs of Intial D, and the entire Euromach cd's into my Ipod (I won't give the details. It should be easy to buy it if your got enough Geek in your blood.) Of course the Genre does sound like Hi NRG and other Euro genres like Italian Disco.

I myself have put over 2 gigs worth of Eurobeat on my Ipod. I am still not done, I will continue to hunt, buy and look for every cool song to Eurobeat.

ON a side note. I think Para Para Dancing to be one of the weridest dancings ever. Eurobeat was meant to be used while driving.

A proper Eurobeat song must have at least the following words in its lyrics, wherever preferred and repeated as often as possible:

Dance/Dancing
Fire
Night
Japan
Tokyo
Street
Supersonic
Baby
Heart

Super
Power
Burning

The ideal Eurobeat song:

"Baby I'm dancing in your heart
In the Tokyo NIGHT FIIIIIRE!
And it's supersonic tonight
When Japan, yeah, it's burning
And the streets are power!"

Actually, I found that Eurobeat is great for studying and writing papers. It has that effect of slowing down time. I owe my As in a lot of classes to Night of Fire.
