Help me find a new ISP? (2)

I'm in desperate need of a new ISP. I currently have Comcast, as do all my neighbors. Lately, getting a decent connection has been fucking impossible. It started over 2 years ago when I got my first laptop and started using wireless internet. At first, everything was fine. I had high-speed internet over a secured network. All was right in the world. Then my connection slowed to a crawl.

BUT WAIT! There was hope! My neighbors had gotten wireless internet, too! And it was fast! No security enabled! So I started using that. Only now they're all slow, too. There are about a dozen wireless networks in my neighborhood, half of which have no passwords, and none of them are very fast. Maintaining a decent connection AT ALL is almost impossible now. I want out.

TL;DR version: Comcast is fucking bullshit and I need a new high-speed ISP. Any suggestions for who to sign up with? I live in Massachusetts.
