See, we don't have to take our cases to the supreme court, cuz we don't get prosecuted. And believe me, there are a hell of a lot of first amendmant lawyers that would argue on behalf of someone falsly prosecuted, which won't happen. I also know one of these lawyers personally.

Other than that, everything is legal, at least in my district. As I can't afford any jail time, I've researched this thoroughly, and in my district, I actually have to posses the cp, and the court has to prove that I obtained it intentionally. They can't. And my cache is clear, and I have Linux so my data deletion is much more secure than Windows.

Not necessarily, cuz I also find trains physically attractive, but by a textbook or dictionary definition, yes, the majority of the content is indeed porn. However, by legal definition in my district, it is not.
Now, if you're in Canada, the UK, more fanciest areas of Europe, right wing states, and many other places, this stuff may be considered illegal. However, there is yet to be prosectution and sufficient legal evidence to prove the content of 12chan to be illegal. I think a common mistake that many people make is to feel that legality implies morality. I also think that, by lowering the age of consent down just two or three years, 12chan would be mostly abandoned by horny teenagers and become more of a mecca for pedos, which is when the feds could really do something about it. I mean, seriously, are you going to prosecute a bunch of kids for jacking off to semi-legal stuff? If you are, what the fuck is wrong with you? If you really feel that a bunch of kids deserve that, you're the sick fuck, not us.
Now, I know this is veering off topic a lot, but let me present my reasoning for using 12chan: In my district, it is a felony to have sex with anyone under the age of 18. This means that, as a 14 year old, if I have consensual sex with any girl that's older than me but under 18, I am under grounds for several years in prison and being on the sex offender registry for the rest of my life. And I'm sorry, but a while back, a really nasty Japanese porn movie spoiled adults for me, and while I'm slowly going back, it's taking a while. So tell you what, I'll make you a deak: you make me legal and I'll stop jacking off to chicks older than I am in skimpy clothing on 12chan.
