I'm working tech support for a cable broadband company, and people are doing the dumbest damned things. Why can't they get with the program?

I'm also impressed by how dumb some people get. I have a feeling it's usually people in the older generation asking them. I'm looking forward to the day when us growing up with IT as a fact of life take over :D
It's like people are scared to learn or something. Twice I've caught myself telling customers, "Don't worry, the computer won't bite you."
But then they'll be no easy tech-support jobs. ;_;
