Why is it that you feel that you should do something? If you have nothing to share or say, why would you? I don't understand simply joining in because other people do so... doing something random or useless is exactly that; useless.
When you get an original idea that feels like something that other people would enjoy, go for it! Posting for posting' sake is stupid.
