Because, y'know, America and Japan have NEVER stooped to that level. Racism is still present in both countries, although it may not be as explicit as it once was. Anyone accusing the Koreans of being racist should get the fuck off their high horses and take a good look at the history of their own countries and the current culture trends.

Personally, I find it pretty ignorant for the Japanese government to deny that such things could NEVER have been done to Koreans. Not that the American government is much better (Gitmo, anyone?).
