Thank you for the tips. I believe a proxy would be best, but it seems that all proxys I can find are blocked. (Or they just don't work.) I'll try posting from an ISP in the .com or .net domains next.

Yeah, I can see US posters all the time. The problem is that as far as I can tell, my entire country is blocked - and this is on the "English" board, which is about the only place I really can post, given that I'm really just at beginner level Japanese.
