Of course I did that, I'd refresh the thread to see if my post appeared... 100% of the time, it doesn't appear. No matter how many times I repost. It's like the "書き込みが終わりました" is a lie!
I wonder if it's to do with the way the ISPs configure internet connections here, they put large groups of users under one big proxy server (I'm bad at understanding how internet connections work but it's like how a huge amount of people end up having the same address)
