You guys have any tips about gaining weight or gaining body fat?

Im your average person who likes to skateboard, play games, hang out with friends, party etc.
I have no car so i regulary ride my bike to wherever i want to go. No food disorders, i eat everything and regulary eat candy and drink soda.
I get enough sleep, or as many say.. i sleep to much, and sometimes i stay awake to much.

Im not lifting any weights or doing any exercise except for the fact that i ride my bike up hills almost everyday (hillcountry lol). I sometimes even have myself a small feast with cakes and stuff, take my vitamins and Omega-3 oils.
Everyone in my family was thin when they were young, but my brother (1 year older than me) is alot "bigger" than me.

Am i eating the wrong kind of foods/too much candy and fat or am i not out and running to often? halp!

Personally, I would say that you've got nothing to worry about. As long as you're healthy, you should go trying to drastically change your appearance just because your brother is bigger than you.

Cutting down on the candy and fat and exercizing more are always good suggestions, but you should just yourself as an individual; not based on how similar you look to your brother.

Eat 2burgers a day or something.

I want to put weight on because i look like a fucking skeleton.
Force eating cakes, burgers, meat etc didn't work.
I tried that for like 2 weeks.

Maybe you should see a doctor and ask for help from him.

Eat protein and exercise so you can gain muscle. Eat good protein, like chicken, maybe protein shakes are a good idea??

It's probably your metabolism and something that isn't easily fixed. The only way to gain weight would probably to gain muscle since you burn up all the fat. That's not easy either so you shouldn't expect results so soon. It might be a year long process.

Gaining a lot of muscle fast is NOT a good thing, either. That can lead to many medical problems.

Up your protein and eat GOOD fats. Try avocados and nuts, not greasy meat. Plech.

Also, cut out the junk food. It's really only going to make you more unhealthy.

You need to eat protein and start doing some exercise that will build muscle.

I personally like this website a lot:

The exercises are remarkably effective and don't need any equipment. Give 'em a go - you've got nothing to lose.

No matter what I eat, I'm still on the vicinity of 115 pounds. I am over 5'7, so I feel that I am coming from the same direction as you. Dude, just go with it. One day your metabolism will slow down and you will have the chance to be a fat mofo; by then you will yearn for the days that you were trying to 'bulk up'.

I recommend eating foods rich in fat, your body wants to break down sugar from candy and stuff immediatlely.
