I have a lump on my stomach that I want to get rid of. Boo Hoo.

I'm a teen, and I want to lose that lump. But, I can't start doing extra excersise because I never have the time to do it.

So, what should I do?

Eat properly, only when you're hungry ^^
Tons of vegs and fruit

Don't think of it as an assignment
Think of it as an experiment and a natural upgrade for your body

Try and pass it on to someone else.

You're a teen? Probably in high school? I guarantee you have time to work out, ass.

As a teen I was overly involved for years and managed to work out at least three days a week in high school, with two hours of fencing practice on the days where I didn't get to ride a stationary bike. In college? I cycle everywhere and use an elliptical for an hour every other day.

Two or three hour commitment a week is absolutely nothing. Next time you're sitting on your ass watching shonen ai, try doing some sit-ups or light lifting in front of the TV or monitor instead of being a lethargic shit.

Stationary Bike + Book is by far the way to go for me. I have to distract myself from the fact that I am exercising or else I become bored.

the worse thing you can do is waste your time thinking about food. Just getting your mind off it and concentrating on other things will really help.

[also-try doing crunches when you're bored or just watching TV]
