How about just becoming more interesting by yourself? Unless you want to be an emo faggot(I presume)

You want to be unique or something? Interesting? Now listen.
There's only one thing what all subcultures have in common:
They fucking suck.
They suck due to being based on teen-angst and idiocy. Not most of them, all of them. Oh and not to mention the shitty music.
Believe me, you don't need to surround yourself by a group of idiots just to be "more interesting".

I bet 10 years later, we'll find out that the emo subculture was just a cruel joke intended to see just how many sheep guys would shave their legs and wear their sister's pants, all for the sake of "style".

Absorb some aspects. Going too far with anything leads to total disaster and digging yourself into total shit. For example:

I like the Anime Fandom, but not too much for the fact that most of it doesn't even pertain to my likings, Video Games, but not FPSs, RTSs, Many, MANY, RPGs with boring realism and too much anime stereotypes, Rock Music, but anything that has to do with teen shit and nothing cool like a theme is shit, Rap Music, but anything that wasn't like anything from the 80's and DMC should be shot, Physical Activities, but only limiting to Weapons based Martial Arts and playing sports for the hell of it, and liking to be a rebel, but not to fuck with everyone I meet and act like a jerkass.

To make it simple, >>5 sums it up.
