That's completely normal.
If you didn't have it, then that would be cause for concern.
It's not that prominent in porn since many of the women undergo labiaplasty (a frivolous cosmetic procedure) to make all their vulvas uniform, with minimal labia.

It's normal. Some women's labia or long, some are short, it's all normal.

Mine is similar to your description - and they are called labia minora, the puffy bit surrounding it is the labia majora. And actually, mine are longer.
