My head is filled with irrelevant phrases and words at all times, I often find myself forgetting what I was doing a minute ago, not caring about what is happening. I don't have feelings. I think it's some kind of defense mechanism - I've been a laughing stock of my class for the last two grades. Now, however, I've changed my life. I have friends, I am not a virgin anymore, I go to gym, party and stuff. But the problem is - I still don't enjoy it. How do I crack my shell open and live a full life?

Learn to stop worrying about what other people think and do what you want as long as it doesn't interfere with the well being of others. You may find that you enjoy life more.

Or you could be a sociopath.

Or a troll.

Let your unhinged creative work for you. It's obvious you don't have an outlet for these things.

Only when uncontrolled. Because without direction, they turn into small obsessions about everything in the world, from events governing causes of a situation, to possible situations consequent of said events. Then it becomes delusional. This often happens to mathematicians, given their far reaching rationality and ability to justify many everyday occurrences. OP can deal with it by: getting a hobby, or some interests.

Find an involving hobby and some people who enjoy the same things as you (Or, you could just find people you like to hang out with). Find a creative outlet.
