Atleast once a month, I fall in love whilst on public transport.
I'll see a girl on the train/bus whatever, share a few moments with her, chat a bit, get off at my stop and never see her again.
Even whilst I'm in a happy, fufilling relationship with another girl, it's just not the same after meeting the public-transport girls.
This has happened many times now, and has spoiled many relationships.
Is this a normal problem?
I need to get over it.

Reminds me so much of Densha Otoko. I don't think it's abnormal... I guess some people just have it. I'm sure you're not the only one with a case like that.
Unfortunately, I don't know any ways on how you could get over the problem...
you're probably in love with the idea of the girl(s). It's romantic, meeting someone randomly - and you never get to see their flaws, you just get to chat with them for a little while before they leave and you never see her again. You have the perfect image of this cute girl in your mind, and that's why your current relationship cannot compare.
Once you realise that these girls are not "real" (not in the sense of your relationship) you'll probably get over it.
Either that or you can seriously pursue one of your transport-girls.
