Agonising pain in stomach/bowels/intestines + diarrhea (8)

I'm not sure if this goes here, but please help me out anyway.
It is a personal issue after all.
I have had in the past, and have had more and more frequently a sort of nauseous pain, queasy terrible feeling. I'm not sure how best to describe it, but it's a terrible feeling. It can last for about 10 to 20 minutes I suppose, maybe less, maybe more, never timed it. Along with this I have diarrhea, and when I have passed all of my faeces from my intestines, the pain goes away. An attack is generally anticipated by a weak pain/queasiness n the intestines, and disappears almost completely afterwards, as long as all faeces were passed.
Please help! I can't bear this any longer, it really is crippling.
Can happen night or day.

Mild food poisoning (bacteria/antibacterial stuff on vegetables, expired milk/meat, allergia like gluten or lactose intolerance, or hazelnut.. or alcohol, yes alcohol allergia exists)... But basically nothing to worry much about.

You can go to a doctor but it is very hard to pinpoint the exact cause and as it's nor very serious, they just won't have enough time to do it, so they send you home with instructions like wash your hand before eating or some placebo pills... mostly :(

Also, just to make sure you have the same thing as I did, does your fart/stool smell especially bad like rotten milk or eggs, when this happens?

They diagnosed me with gluten intolerance but that's BS, I think it's just some germs that sometimes inevitably remain on our food...

Yes, as you say, it smelled bad. Might be food poisoning, I don;t bother washing fruit + begetables mostof the time, or I just give it a splash of water...
