Stranger danger :D (14)

So, for the next couple of day, I'm planning on randomly approaching random people.

But I don't know what to say. So I ask, me being a complete stranger, what would you want me say to you had I approached you?

Nothing, just go away please.

Something funny, unsettling, not too invading. Something I'd want to tell my friends later on, without recalling it as being bothersome. Something to lighten up a dull day.

Try to tell people jokes. It's surprising how people react to them, when they don't expect them - even if they're not funny. Avoid racist jokes and the like, though.

Hi, did you know the holocaust was a lie?

HOLY FUCK you are like my soul twin or something like that OP, I just started doing this literally yesterday!! If you want to be a bit extreme, this one works great: "So I was balls deep in this nine year old, and then my fucking clown nose fell off. Can you believe that?"

But if I don't feel like going that extreme, I usually just introduce myself, then tell them that they are now part of "The Project" and that "they" will be watching you for the next few days. Works especially great with people by themselves. And if they look confused before you even start talking to them, you'll know you're in for a good time.

Also try just talking to them casually as if you know them, talking about normal things for while. Then in the end say something completely strange.

OP, I'm convinced I know you, has any stranger approached you recently and done this? Because it could very well have been me.

Not OP, but I'm in the same shoes as you man..its weird, I just started doing this a month or two ago, its really fun, mainly because I'm going to be off to college so I don't care what all those people I never talked to think of me.

I think you should ask them if they want to dance

and even if they say no you should shrug and and say "suit your self" and just start dancing on your own.

too keep it more interesting you should do like normal modern dancing once time then next waltz then the twist then the robot then crazy arm flailing... in other words keep changing it up =D

(just so you know.. I'm totally scared of strangers!)

If someone walked up to me and just started doing some wicked break dancing I would so give that person all my money.

Once when I was in New Orleans, I walked around Bourbon Street asking random people how to type with boxing gloves on their hands. None of them made any sense of it, but I got random hugs by drunk girls, one of whom started whispering racist jokes into my ear.

Haha, this works great. Also you can do approach people as if you know them, do small talk about anything, ask about the last movie they've seen, etc.

Do that for not too long, just a few minutes, then say you've got to go and end with "oh, by the way, I'm OP, nice to meet you!"
