Head is a mess, slightly disturbing toughts etc (2)

I've read a little of some of Suehiro Maruo's works a weeks ago and they seem to have messed me up a bit. The effects weren't immediate (I've read those last week), but I did remember feeling my head heavy at that time.
So, yesterday when I went to bed (this was probably because of the coffee I had a few hours before, since caffeine has strong effects on me), my head felt very strange. I was normal when I opened my eyes, but whenever I closed them disturbing images kept flashing into my head. I tried to think of happy things, or silly things, but I couldn't shake it off. Eventually, I had to take sleeping pills and go sleep on another bedroom.
Another thing is, I'm afraid of drawing now. I've drawn lots of creepy stuff before but it never really bothered me, I just liked the aesthethics. But now I'm afraid of what I draw.

I'm slightly fine during the day, but at night I'm not. Actually, I'm shaking as I type this. I need to clean up my mind. Any help on this?

Seems like you are taking a bit too many things at the same time. Why do you have sleeping pills? Are you in the habit of using them? Also, does not seem to me very smart to drink coffee so soon before going to bed. Try to restrict your coffee to the mornings, at least while you're so sensitive.

Also, are you actually sleeping a sufficient number of hours? Sleep deprivation will induce hallucinations. You may also be overworked/stressed/etc.

The drawings have nothing to do with it. They are just the fixation around which your thoughts whirl, but they are not the cause of your confusion. I once was sick and ingested too much theine, and ended up dreaming I was distributing feminist flyers in a Victorian era town. That was pretty screwed, but nothing some rest could not solve.
