Erectile Dysfunction ;_; (5)

I'm not obese, I'm not diabetic, I have nothing to stress about. I just feel so exhausted from being frustrated over this. My girlfriend is the most wonderful person in the world and just wants to make me happy, and this issue doesn't bother her because she loves me, but I want to please her so much. The times when I haven't had erectile dysfunction she has really enjoyed it and once, after I came, she said that she wished I could have continued. I just can't maintain erection at all, I can masturbate and get hard toward the end but it dies in a minute or so.

Anyone suffered from this too? What do you think?

You might want to talk to a doctor about this.

Also, you might be too stressed. If you think of sex as this show where you've got to instantly make the girl squirt-cum just by pulling your dick out of your pants, you probably need to reevaluate your view of sex, and work to be more comfortable.

Aside from that, I think maybe working out could help (cardio).

But the bottom line is: talk to a doctor. Your junk is called "the family jewels" for a reason.

A whole foods, plant-based diet is extremely good for better circulation, among other benefits. Try it out for a month or two; the benefits are pretty immediate.

Read "The China Study", if you're interested. It's a bit technical, but it's the most easily approachable source of scientific information on the subject.
