So I guess to start out with. My family is really poor. Were always living from paycheck to paycheck, and most of the time that isn't even enough. The problem I'm facing is that, I'm 19, graduated, and currently having a hell of a hard time finding a job. And in the meantime I do everything I possibly can to make my parents money, whenever I make money fixing someones computer I give every last penny to them I even sell things of mine that I don't want to get rid of just so they can afford a few groceries here and there, and when it comes to wanting something I never ask my parents for money because I know they don't have any to give, so if I want something then I pay for it out of pocket but considering I give them all my money, I haven't actually done something for myself in about 6 months. And this leads to my current situation. My parents, like always are in need of money at the moment and so I had planned on selling my ds and all my games so I could get them 100 bucks or so for food and stuff until their food stamps come in. I really don't want to sell it and my mom even told me that I shouldn't and that they can just wait until they get their food stamps. but if I don't sell it then I'm gonna feel really selfish and I'll probably feel bad about not selling it and I won't ever let myself live it down. So what do I do?

Keep looking for a job. Fill out applications everywhere and call the places you've visited to let them know you're interested. You'll hit on one eventually, don't worry.

Best of luck. You sound like a very kind person. Your parents ought to be proud.
