Is there a psychopathological diagnosis that fits the build of:

easy addict, lonely/socially-desperate-deprived, and manipulative/self-obsessive , sadistic/controlling/self-protective, ehibitionist/wanting-fame etc, dependent+need and neurotic

the client was emotionally and physically abused by his parents, had very limited social experiences, internet addict and easily substance addicted but limited exposure has meant he recognised and has taken steps to limit himself

he basically seems to be every kind of fucked up, but I'm sure there is a diagnosis I have some how overlooked

the fucken DSM-V excludes each other disorder as a characteristic of each other condition, so I don''t know if this is possible

he spends a lot of time trying to research psychological phenomenon himself, and wether this is symptomatic or causal to whatever he has is unclear

is there such a thing as psychological hypochondria?
