The following is from the Rusk documents.

"" As regards the island of Dokdo, otherwise known as Takeshima or Liancourt Rocks, this normally uninhabited rock formation was according to our information never treated as part of Korea and, since about 1905, has been under the jurisdiction of the Oki Islands Branch Office of Shimane Prefecture of Japan. The island does not appear ever before to have been claimed by Korea.""

There's been extensive discussion of how to increase the amount of renewable energy plants in Japan this month. I say they should troll the shit out of China, Russia and Korea by covering the entire Senkaku and Kurile islands as well as Takeshima with wind power generators!

The 1952 U.S.-Japan Administrative Agreement designates Dokdo as a "Japanese facility and area to be used as a U.S. bombing range."

I personally think the U.S. should make good on this declaration of intent, preferably with high-yield nuclear armament.
