Hello, we have a little problem with a poster that even after being asked not post because not only she uses other posters username to get answers, she also inevitably ends up insulting them. I asked her several time to just start her own thread since nobody wants her around, but to no avail.

Her latest posts are 296/298. Is it possible to ban her or for you as moderator to post and tell her off?
