The landing page currently looks like that of a parked domain. This undoubtedly results in a lot of bounces. Therefore, I would to suggest that the landing page be changed, perhaps to something similar to what 4chan has. That kind of landing page is a lot more functional and clearer.

It has links on the top, a random stock image at the centre, it looks like a parked domain page. The layout should be changed, or atleast immediately redirect to 4-ch.net/4ch and put the links on the scrolling bar outside of the iFrame.
I think we should replace it with images of mittens or mitten shaped objects.
When looking at some images in the website for some reason, I've found this: http://static.4-ch.net/images/front/
Are the first three images actually used anywhere on this website?
If not I think they should be used for the landing page instead of the last two boring stock image.
Or really changing the current images to anything else that slightly represent 4-ch would be better.
One of the few things I actually agree with changing, and >>5 has the right idea to just kill the landing page and go straight to the /4ch layout. There's no need to waste time cooking up something that 1) we don't need 2) half the users are bound to disagree with. I don't see a reason not to unless the idea is to keep people out.
At least change the "2007" in the footer.
