Okay, my mother and father has have moved to a new home 18 months ago. Unfortunately, they have learnt over time that their neighbor is a complete asshole (to put simply).

It all started when they tried putting up a shed. A few days later the neighbor complained that it was blocking his view. For some stupid reason he built his house in a way with a view of the shared driveway (instead of the field behind him).

He took them to court and my parents lost the case. I'm not sure how but apparently the case went quite a way off topic (with it going on about the fence and the "huge" speeds that my sister drives down the driveway).

Anyway, he's at it again. He's building a path or something on the patch of grass that follows the driveway and has asked them to move their letterbox that is on it (as well as his). Apparently this is because he doesn't want his kids to step on the driveway, although they use it (to bike and skateboard down) more then anyone.

At this stage it looks like my parents will move it mainly because it'll shut him up (although not exactly how he wants it). From the looks of things, it seems that they aren't legally required too.

I guess this dream took place in 2010 or so, the library was "modern" (like a book store) but also old, run-down, and overflowing with unsorted books. It was snowing outside and I was glad to come in. I looked around in the Japan section, and next to the usual travel guides and history books there was a phone-book sized guide: "Hikikomori (Revised Edition)". I started flipping through it, it talked about how you should find your Hermes to set a good example for other otaku, and how Key fans had petitioned to build a statue commemorating Ayu in central Tokyo. The book was huge and overflowing with everything that had been written about otaku and hikikomori. I started reading from the first chapter...

Why does 4-ch have so few regular posters? A lot of people know about the site. Why do they never post here? DQN seems to be the only active board.
And what are we going to do about it? Should we try to drive more users to the site? Or is that risky? Do we need more people?
