The influx of the jumbo-sized shrimp (which look more like a small lobster than the little pink crustaceans you see at the grocery store) has increased 10 times in the last year, according to a report from the U.S. Geological Survey—from 32 in 2010 to 331 in 2011. The shrimp-eating shrimp have been spotted in waters from North Carolina to Texas.

Tony Reisinger of the Texas Sea Grant Extension Service, told CNN that the tiger prawn "are cannibalistic as are other shrimp, but it's larger so it can consume the others..."

A video on youtube was posted showing young children sweeping the classroom floors in Japan. In Japanese schools this is normal, unlike many countries in the west where janitors are hired to clean the schools professionally. Comments posted on the video from those who have probably never experienced the Japanese School system left mostly positive comments.

April 8th – Police arrested a 37 year old police inspector for acts of obscenity. At the time he was dispatched at a government office in Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku.

According to the report, on March 11th around 6:45 pm, the suspect, dressed in a school girl uniform, lifted his skirt up and flashed a 16 year old girl within an apartment complex

The suspect wore a wig, wore make up and had a mask on. After getting into an elevator with a girl coming home from high school, the suspect got out of the elevator for a moment, turned around, lifted his skirt up and said to the girl, “Please, watch me”. The suspect admitted his crimes to the police. He was on vacation for the day.
