I can see you have now taken a main stance for emotional appeal. I can easily name an alternative to "creating new organs", sich as rtansplanting animal hearts or such into people, producing a human-animal chimera, of sorts. I could elaborate on this, but this is a thread for stem cell debate, not human-animal amalgams. I'll also add that the organ creation is still an untrodden territory and it holds its dangers, where, for example, bone shards grow in a newly transplanted kidney.
