I know some things of programming and you're talking BS. Turing-completeness is not sufficient to simulate thought. You can have precision arithmetic done with an 8-bit CPU too. Bignum libraries don't care for the machines word width. It has more to do with how much memory you have available rather than the size of the registers of the processor.
