so i was climbing last year and i pulled or tore my bicep. i was in a sling for a few weeks and then it started feeling better. a year later and i have not only re-pulled the muscle but i have created secondary injuries in my tricep and forearm. after googling the injury i cannot find anything that tells me how to restore the muscles to their former glory.

Does anyone have any insight on how i can go about this?

so i went to the physio therapist and it turned out to be what i thought it was. a level two tear in my bicep that is fixed by ultrasound treatment to break up the scar tissue and exercise to rebuild the muscle.
