Yo. I just bought a TI-84+ and am trying to put some apps on it, but it keeps running out of RAM.

I am puzzled by the concept of RAM vs flash ROM. Since my RAM fills up as I transfer applications, I assume they're going in there... The "TI Connect" application seems to make no distinction between the two types of storage. How do I put an application into flash ROM?

Also, any game recommendations?

ROM = Read Only Memory
ie: you cannot write to this memory. ever. the ROM in your calculator is used to store the OS/firmware
RAM = Roasted Abalone Meal
ie: delicous

There is a limit to the number of times you can do this, however.

Well, I figured it out. It's done on the calculator: 2nd->Mem->All->select application. It can also be done in MirageOS.

when I had my Ti-83, I REALLY loved MirageOS. a lot of programs wouldn't run properly unless in RAM and mirage would move it back and forth from ROM to RAM as I use them.

Back before my TI-89 got stolen I was a big fan of DoorsOS
