#1 If you report different IP, "no one will find out it's you" and you won't be able to dl any data.
#2 You mean, not upload anything? You mean, connect to a torrent and contribute to ruining its speed? If you want to only leech, download from HTTP or Usenet. You don't seem to understand how BitTorrent works.
