looking for a new mobile phone (4)

i'm going to want to buy a new mobile phone soon, and i thought i'd ask here if anyone has any suggestions of ones to look at... here's what i want:

must have:

  • EV-DO rev A
  • bluetooth
  • qwerty keyboard
  • ability to run (not just suspend) j2me apps in background

would really like to have:

  • some type of unix with access to a terminal, or windows mobile but i'd really prefer unix
  • speakerphone
  • wifi

oh, and one more must have feature: real GPS.

does it have EV-DO? quick googling seems to indicate that it doesn't.
