I saw it a couple of days ago. It was everything the title promised. You could say it's refreshing honesty from a title, unlike some films like Naked Lunch(I can name two things wrong with that title). It was obvious that everyone was having a ball in making this movie.

The direction and writing were surprisingly good. They could still surprise you even when obvious gags were being setup up. You knew that the fat woman was going to get it, but the way it happened you still had to go Σ(ﾟДﾟ;).
