I was thinking that - if winning an Oscar is his one goal as an actor - if he doesn't get anything this year his next chance won't be before the 2019 Academy awards. Unless he manages to film something at the end of 2016 or early on in 2017.

Seriously though, I lived in that area for nearly 10 years and there are/were loads of celebs living there eg Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, Jude Law. Nobody stalks them or takes pics in cafes. It's his crazy nonny fans - and his own stupid fault for not ticking the box asking for his address details to be kept off the publicly accessible electoral register. Many people do this routinely for privacy reasons so why he didn't is a mystery.

Following the cafe's twitter account wasn't very smart either. But I think it was TH who said in an interview where he lived or who his neighbours were, Burton and Carter.

Compare TH with Cumberbatch. He's got plenty of nonny fans too and lives in the area - I think. But I could not say exactly where or where he hangs out because he has been more circumspect and is Not On Twitter (sensible man).
Also TH seems to be a creature of totally predictable habits (see the clothes!) and I bet if one was loser enough to hang around one would find he goes to the same place at the same time and probably orders the same meal. Not hard to stalk.

With TH, while I agree he might have been a little bit wiser about his whereabouts, I also think fans would have found out the way they found out where his parents live.
Being a creature of habit makes it easier for sure, but these stolen photos to me are mainly a consequence of a trend that only got worse with the nw3 and the bicycle blogs. It became a competition to prove who is more truthful and who knows more.

I have thought for a while it could be a dud. I don't personally think he can sing (!). He's also been so earnest and intense about it (even more than usual) and I am not sure that's good for a relaxed natural performance. One of those projects everyone involved in is too passionate about to realise it is actually not very good.
To me the possible problems with ISTL were always the little appeal it has for people outside the US and the director. But you have a point about the danger that too much intensity might result in a stiff interpretation. However, TH sounded satisfied with it when he talked about it at the Nerdist podcast.

TH has now all the time time to promote his films, but as soon as he is done with Kong he will have rush into Thor3. And if Kong is postponed again and he'll have to drop out, Marvel waits for no one.

I don't really know anything about her apart from what I've read here and on other gossip sites. Pretty and seems rather nice but kind of bland. If that's not a PR thing, I also think they started it when she was still engaged.
And yeah, what's up with those celebrities and face-covering? So ridiculous, especially at popular crowded places and pap hangouts. It's not like nobody's going to see you.
She is standing sadly by the railings still covering her face while he is hailing a cab. Since she is going to get into the cab with him at some point this seems a pointless exercise.

Last comment before I go off and work for a living! I think it is a genuine romance between two not obviously compatible people, born out of an intense time working on ISTL. I expect it will last for a reasonable time because of their work patterns (absence makes the heart grow fonder...) and I also expect he will flog it to death because otherwise he is just the guy who gave the excuse to get out of a bad engagement, or the rebound guy.

I refreshed my memory using (ugh) the bycycle site - she reblogged a lot of nw3. She records on 6 Feb that TH was spotted with a brunette with blonde highlights in the last few days and that EO had been in London "recently". Other posts show they all knew that EO had broken off her engagement and were speculating as the cause and yet nobody seems to have been able to go the extra mile and confirm that the person seen with him was EO. They all thought it was JA!!

I can't seem to find any article about her in February before she was back to NY for her birthday.
But I'll say this, she leads a life that is the complete opposite of TH's. She clearly likes the spotlight even when outside the red carpet.

Those events were in Paris. She could have easily jumped onto the eurostar on January 30.
The "brunette with blonde highlights" sighting seems to have been on 25.01 (and some people thought it was Kat Dennings!). It could I suppose have been EO if she went to London before heading on to Paris. After 25.01 and in early feb I don't see from the bycycle any mentions of him with EO or anyone.
He went to Bafta dinner on 4.02.15 and on weekend of 7/8 Feb he was seen in Suffolk (twitter I think - which I can't find but I remember thinking it was sad that even in a little seaside town he can't get away from it all).

But I come back to my point that it was that sighting that made people (not the original posters who claimed to have seen the woman) speculate a few days later that it could have been EO because she had been in London.
If that sighting was a troll post then there is no evidence that she stayed in London with him whatever the timing of her visit to Paris.
And look what happened when several people started saying with confidence that they saw EO with TH over the last week in London. It didn't take long for toby to goad them and for a pic to surface. Had she been staying in London with him in January and had anyone said at the time yes I saw them someone would have asked for a pic and it would have got taken.

I also remember in pt 1,2 or 4 London-anon saying that back at the end of January/February she saw them at local haunts.
But all these are from May, browsed some of the nw3 bffs blogs but I couldn't find posts from January or february discussing EO presence in the are. I leave it to someone else with more patience and disposition. Anyway, this is just to chat, in the end what matters is what's happening now.
