Personally, I'm staying away from Tumblr and twitter, they've probably gifed the whole movie by this point. I'm going to wait a week or so to hit this one in the theatre, so I'm going to try to stay away from specific spoilers.
Here it is. Not a spoiler unless you didn't know he gets most of his bum out in the movie, or feel you will enjoy him doing so the less for having previously been able to watch it repeatedly on a loop while waiting for it to come on general release!

SPC must think us all idiots. Up until TIFF, when we all knew TH would start filming Kong from mid-October questions about an Oscar race were ok, after TIFF, they move the release date because of his schedule. Truth is SPC isn't willing to bet on TH's performance. But let's say it's schedule.
Does this mean that if TH gets a nomination for the Evening Standard Awards at the end of November he won't show up? ;)

Kudos to EO for finally showing up to promote this film. I get it that festivals in US cities don't compare to Paris fashion week, but a little effort goes a long way.
I think this group needs to be official disbanded and banned - like the Japanese govt. does with certain religious cults.
I agree that - as a group - they do some very good things: the UNICEF fundraising was generous. But, I also think that it wasn't purely philanthropic. They seemed to have made a very big show of their fundraising: tweets, videos, special letters to UNICEF - all that was missing was the giant cheque. Self promotion should not be a part of true philanthropy. Methinks some attention seeking was in the off.
As it is, a majority of them now think of themselves as some sort of TH vanguard. If he's in an online poll - they send out the word to vote, vote, vote. SNL innocently asked who should host the show - every Hiddlestoner on twitter bombarded the account - for days. They tweet The Tonight Show and Jimmy Kimmel accounts, and the Ellen show as well - don't the producers of these shows know what their missing by not having TH as a guest?!?
At this point, they're addicts. They tweet to get him on shows so they can watch him on shows and then tweet/tumblr about the shows. They're chasing the dragon.

We all know it is being re-edited by a person who knows what storytelling is to try and make it the sum of its parts. Or that it is beyond hope and come March will actually be released with minimum fanfare and an after party in a youth hostel.
They're banging the right drums: we'll do it justice Oscar run-wise, we'll re-release in December, we'll give it a push.
The proof, however, will be in the pudding. Maybe, if it can be salvaged with a re-cutting, SPC will tick off the promises on that list.

What's really annoying about SPC, aside from treating us all as idiots, is that they are blaming TH's schedule, i.e. TH. for their bad choices. They are lucky he is a good person, other actors wouldn't have agreed to promote the film after something like this.

Am I the only one that finds Jessica's attitude toward TH is almost sisterly and not flirtatious? Never mind the fans that are totally convinced they hooked up during CP, some people are just hopeless, but it didn't seem to me she was making it look like there was something going on. Maybe it's because I saw her in another press tours and she is always friendly.
