I understand that when she started blogging (2011?) Tumblr was a fairly new/small company (hadn't been sold to Yahoo yet). However, they would have still been the first port of call for official legal action.
It wouldn't surprise me - given some of his fans - if some well-meaning Hiddlestoner (ugh, hate that term) mocked something up and sent it along.
