That tweet is easy to search for because of the misspelling of EO's name. It has either been deleted, or it is not the tweet referred to on here, and someone has manufactured it after reading about it here or at the bicycle (probably with a view to trolling for followers for manufactured gossip to come). I see that the blog was only created on 26.03....
