I was wondering about the whole "how rich is Tom" thing recently. I am guessing he is on a par with, say, a partner in a top London law firm. Their net taxable is maybe £1m a year. I am sure he earns far more for some projects (I saw a VF thing which suggested for a $170m budget the star would get $8m - I reckon less for him as he is not yet A list - but still maybe $5m for SI). However that's not every project or every year, and he has a lot of overheads that a partner at a big firm wouldn't have to pay for - 15% to the agent, some for the publicist, the PA, the stylist, pension contributions etc. He is massively well off by the standards of the world at large but no way would he be in the private jet, multiple residences class like Swifty is.
