Here's the thing that I'm not understanding. Tom takes a long cross-continent flight from JFK to LAX. Mere hours later, TS's jet is flying from Nashville to the west coast, I'm assuming the Los Angeles area. If they're going to fly out to Australia together, or stay in Los Angeles together, or whatever, why didn't he just meet her in Nashville and fly with her on the jet? Free flight. Private jet. With his "girlfriend."
