On a sort of related note, I saw that Nina Gold, about whom Heynon posted that long read article, was the casting director for Patrick Melrose, starring Benedict Cumberbatch. Since he and TH are friends, I really did start to wonder if Heynon was right when she joked that “why is it never me?” anecdote being him!! I could just see them sitting down to dinner chez Cumby in Tufnell Park and him buttonholing her.....
