You might want to try setting the font size to 12 as well. MS PGothic only displays AA correctly at exactly 16px height, but depending on the browser settings, 16 pixel height might correspond to 12 point height. You might also need to zoom in or out, depending on your display resolution.
There are some Japanese AA fonts that handle scaling better, but I haven't tested them out yet. They might not work for all AA the way MS PGothic does.
Ideally, someone would rip the 16px bitmap glyphs from MS PGothic, scale them to various sizes, and turn them into a proper bitmap font, but unfortunately the font isn't open source.

Upon closer analysis, it seems that bbspink doesn't set the AA font correctly in their css. Try going into inspect element and manually changing it to MS PGothic and a proper line-height.

So, something like this:

font-size: 16px;
font-family: "MS PGothic";
line-height: 1;

Looking forward to changing it for every thread separately. There was a firefox extension for changing css, but I forgot the name.

That site is just broken, it seems.

A line-height of 1.1em is probably preferable.
I don't remember the name of the extension for changing css, but you can probably write a script for it with Greasemonkey.
