I was in a hurry. The term that was used was the same (母さん) but I thought it would've been too awkward to translate it with "mother" all the time, so I used "mom" instead - except for the part where she explains who she is in relation to the adressee of the email recipient.
Also, I haven't noticed that I had used "telephone adress" once and" telephone number" later on until I posted the thing. I would've used "telephone number" if I had.
