【てるてる坊主(Teltel bouzu)】　Sunshine doll (No rain tommorow please doll)
The teltel bouzu (sunshine doll) is a doll by which the child in Japan prays
for tomorrow's good weather.　Shape is made from white paper or cloth.
Generally, hangs it outside the window or the tree branch in the garden
The face is not written first. 　When it will clear up the next day, the face is
drawn in the reward .
